Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules and master plans to align with organizational goals and demand forecasts.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and minimizing excess inventory or stockouts.
- Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to align supply with manufacturing needs.
- Analyze production data, KPIs, and ERP reports to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage the PPIC system data integrity, ensuring all transaction records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Communicate production plans and inventory status clearly to management and operational staff.
- Ensure compliance with company safety, quality, and operational standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Production Planning, Inventory Control, or Manufacturing Planning.
- Proven experience working in a WFO (Work From Office) environment.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a manufacturing setting.
