Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of purchasing specialists, assigning tasks and providing performance guidance
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement costs and quality
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers/vendors to secure favorable terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production/logistics teams to prevent shortages
- Implement procurement policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare purchasing reports and budget forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure supplier compliance with standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with proven cost-saving results
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and procurement software
- Knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- CIPS certification or equivalent procurement qualification preferred
