PT Suryamas Cipta Sentosa is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Supervisor Quality Control to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production processes strictly adhere to established quality standards and specifications. You will play a critical part in identifying potential defects early, leading root cause analysis initiatives, and implementing corrective actions to minimize waste and maximize product efficiency. We are seeking a proactive leader who can mentor the quality team and drive continuous improvement to ensure our final products meet the highest industry benchmarks and customer expectations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily quality control operations on the production floor to ensure strict compliance with specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to identify defects, variances, or process deviations in finished goods.
- Lead and facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring quality issues to prevent future defects and improve process stability.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Control (QC) procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and inspection checklists.
- Train, coach, and mentor production staff on quality standards, safety protocols, and defect prevention techniques to foster a quality-first culture.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production metrics, prepare detailed quality reports, and communicate performance data to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a supervisory or quality control role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO standards, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in quality control tools such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), Six Sigma, and Gage R&R.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
