Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily quality control operations across production lines
- Develop and implement quality inspection protocols and procedures
- Lead and mentor QC team members to maintain high performance standards
- Conduct root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other quality standards
- Generate quality reports and present findings to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Six Sigma)
- Proven leadership experience with team supervision
- Proficiency in quality control tools and inspection techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
