Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the quality control and assurance team to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of products and processes
- Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Train and mentor quality control staff on best practices and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control and assurance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in quality control tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
