- Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Manage inventory levels, including stock ordering, receiving, and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing reports and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
