Are you an experienced operations leader ready to oversee critical processes in a dynamic environment? Luby Indonesia is seeking a dedicated Supervisor Return & Service to join our team in Pasar Kemis, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end return and service lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.
As the Supervisor, you will serve as the primary leader for the return department, ensuring that all processesāfrom initial intake to final resolutionāare handled with precision. You will lead a team of service staff, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure optimal performance. Your expertise in documentation verification, process improvement, and team management will be essential in driving our service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the entire return and service workflow to ensure operational efficiency and strict adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of service staff, fostering a culture of accountability, high performance, and safety.
- Ensure all return documentation is accurate, complete, and filed correctly within the required timeframes.
- Monitor daily operations to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain on-time delivery targets.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Coordinate effectively with logistics, sales, and other departments to resolve service discrepancies promptly.
- Report performance metrics, operational issues, and team progress to senior management on a regular basis.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within logistics, construction, or service industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail for document management and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, MS Office, and inventory management software.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is preferred for site or field coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal) is an advantage.
