Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor store operations to ensure smooth workflows and high standards of customer service.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge training to staff, focusing on cosmetics, personal care, and baby care lines.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve product performance.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to manage stock levels and organize visual merchandising displays.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and brand standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong background specifically in Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Baby Care sales.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
