Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the Samarinda area.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
- Conduct regular field visits and sales coaching sessions to improve team capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and stay updated on market trends in the ICT industry.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in the ICT or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales planning, market analysis, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of the local market in Samarinda and surrounding areas.
