Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the Samarinda area.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Conduct regular field visits and sales coaching sessions to improve team capabilities.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Leader, preferably in the ICT or related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, market analysis, and CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Deep understanding of the local market in Samarinda and surrounding areas.
