Yontomo Sukses Abadi is seeking a highly motivated and professional Supervisor Sales Engineer to spearhead our marketing and sales operations in Palembang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve regional targets.

As our Sales Engineer Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between our technical solutions and our clients' operational needs. You will be expected to demonstrate deep product knowledge, mentor junior staff, and implement strategic sales initiatives that reinforce our market presence in the Sumatra region.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to ensure high standards of professionalism and performance.
  • Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for potential clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and site visits to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Provide regular reporting on sales pipeline, forecasting, and team performance to upper management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or heavy equipment sectors.
  • Proven track record of leadership or team supervision.
  • Strong understanding of consultative sales processes and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region for client meetings and site evaluations.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia).
