As our Supervisor, you will be responsible for bridge-building between our marketing initiatives and on-the-ground sales execution. You will mentor team members, analyze market trends, and ensure our brand remains at the forefront of the industry.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Jawa Barat market.
  • Monitor and analyze daily/weekly KPI performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients to expand market reach.
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to ensure brand consistency and effective campaign implementation.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports for senior management to review progress against strategic goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and competitive threats within the region.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance KPIs.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on coaching and development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using CRM tools and performance tracking software.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel within the Jawa Barat area as required by business operations.
