Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve regional revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales personnel to ensure peak performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales tactics.
- Manage key client accounts and foster long-term relationships to ensure high customer retention.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and performance reviews for management.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations departments to streamline distribution and product availability.
- Ensure the sales team follows company policies and ethical sales practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or marketing leadership, preferably in the FMCG or distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of the market landscape in Central Java, specifically Semarang and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of motivating teams.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting software/CRM tools.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Central Java region as required by business needs.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
