As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving store performance, managing a team of dedicated staff, and ensuring the highest standards of customer experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the Mothercare store to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Manage, train, and motivate a diverse team of sales associates to achieve high performance.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and manage loss prevention strategies.
- Analyze sales data and KPIs to develop strategies that meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Collaborate with management to plan promotional activities and seasonal campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Passion for customer service and a keen interest in retail operations.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
