In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-potential locations that align with our company's aggressive growth objectives.
As the Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will lead a team of dedicated agents in conducting comprehensive market analysis and feasibility studies. You will leverage your expertise to spot prime retail opportunities, negotiate favorable lease agreements with property owners, and ensure that every new site meets our rigorous operational standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end site acquisition process from initial identification to final lease signing.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and site feasibility studies to determine retail potential.
- Identify and secure strategic locations in Mandaue City and surrounding Cebu areas.
- Negotiate lease terms and contracts to ensure the best value for the company.
- Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of site acquisition agents to meet targets.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, including architects, operations, and legal teams.
- Ensure all acquired sites comply with local zoning laws and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, real estate development, or retail leasing.
- Proven leadership experience managing a sales or acquisition team.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Cebu region.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate management software.
