Perdana Rancang Bangun Utama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor/Sr. Accounting & Finance to lead our financial operations. As a key member of our management team, you will oversee the accounting department and ensure the financial health of our construction projects. We are looking for a leader who can manage a team, ensure compliance, and drive financial efficiency in a fast-paced industry environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the daily operations of the finance and accounting team.
- Oversee financial reporting, general ledger reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Manage budget preparation, cost control, and financial forecasting for ongoing construction projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, financial standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure audit readiness.
- Streamline financial processes and implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong experience in the construction or real estate industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
