Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and national regulations
- Conduct regular workplace inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement preventive measures
- Provide safety training and orientation to employees and contractors on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies and maintain documentation for compliance purposes
- Monitor environmental compliance and implement initiatives to minimize environmental impact
- Manage and maintain safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement of safety programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in SSHE (Safety, Health, & Environment) management or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SSHE supervision, preferably in the construction or renewable energy sector
- Strong knowledge of local and national safety regulations and environmental standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and influence others
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in emergency situations
- Experience with incident investigation and reporting procedures
