Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily store operations, including opening, closing, and shift management.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of store staff to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and minimize waste to optimize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, brand standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and improve store performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or the F&B industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
