As our Supervisor Tax, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all tax compliance matters, managing tax planning strategies, and leading a team of tax professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the tax team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities
- Oversee all tax compliance matters, including monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings
- Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Stay updated with the latest Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Prepare and review tax returns, tax calculations, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external tax authorities to resolve tax-related issues
- Conduct tax research and provide advisory services on complex tax matters
- Monitor tax legislation changes and assess their impact on the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in tax compliance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certified Tax Advisor (Brevet A, B, or C) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
