Tanggung Jawab
- Lead tax compliance activities, including monthly/quarterly tax filings and annual tax returns
- Oversee financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy of balance sheets and income statements
- Manage a team of 5-8 finance professionals, providing guidance and performance development
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with tax authorities, banks, and financial institutions
- Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedural improvements
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
- Maintain fixed asset registers and ensure proper depreciation calculations
- Lead month-end closing processes and variance analysis reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation (S1 Akuntansi/Keuangan/Pajak)
- Minimum 5 years experience in tax and finance roles, with 2+ years in supervisory capacity
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, PPh Final) and accounting standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities with proven mentoring experience
- Professional certifications (Brevet A/B, Akuntan Publik, or CPA) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
