- Lead and mentor waitstaff team to maintain exceptional service standards
- Resolve guest complaints promptly while ensuring positive outcomes
- Coordinate seamless communication between floor staff, kitchen, and management
- Oversee table rotations during peak hours to maximize guest satisfaction
- Train staff on menu knowledge, service protocols, and upselling techniques
- Monitor inventory levels for dining supplies and report shortages
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to align team on daily operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in F&B operations
- Proven track record in resolving guest complaints effectively
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep knowledge of restaurant service standards and procedures
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic understanding of Greek cuisine and beverage pairings preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
