Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently.
- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity, safety compliance, and operational excellence.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies within the facility.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and production departments to synchronize material flow and meet production schedules.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for optimal efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or operations within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of local labor laws and safety regulations in Indonesia.
