PT Gao Feng Indonesia is looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor Warehouse to lead our operations in Kembangan, Jakarta Raya. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, ensuring that our inventory management and logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. We are seeking a leader who can drive operational excellence, maintain safety standards, and guide a team of warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods accurately.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal storage solutions.
- Prepare and analyze daily operational reports to identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a warehouse supervision or management role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in Indonesian and English (written and verbal).
