In this pivotal role, you will oversee our Warehouse and Delivery (W&D) operations, ensuring that every shipment is handled with precision, efficiency, and the highest level of service quality. We are looking for someone who can drive operational excellence, manage schedules effectively, and foster a culture of safety and reliability within the warehouse environment.
As a Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between our operational teams and management. You will be responsible for planning and executing daily workflows, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that delivery timelines are met without compromising on customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Manage and coordinate delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods to customers.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff and drivers to maintain high productivity and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock discrepancies.
- Enforce strict safety and security protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Liaise with internal departments and external clients to resolve delivery issues and improve service quality.
- Optimize logistics processes and procedures to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics supervision.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively.
