Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of monitoring and collecting insurance claims and premiums.
- Review and reconcile monthly statements to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement strategies for recovery.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, insurance regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with the insurance partners and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, specifically within the Insurance industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a finance department.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
