Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate supplier master data records across various systems.
- Process new supplier accreditation applications and renewals, ensuring all required documentation is complete and valid.
- Perform regular data validation and quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of supplier information.
- Provide timely support for supplier-related inquiries, data updates, and system navigation assistance.
- Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant external regulations pertaining to supplier data.
- Assist in generating routine and ad-hoc reports related to supplier data, accreditation status, and vendor performance.
- Collaborate effectively with procurement, finance, legal, and other departments to resolve data discrepancies and support cross-functional initiatives.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in master data management and accreditation workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in data management, administrative support, procurement support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is a significant advantage.
