This position requires a bilingual professional (Mandarin & English) with 1-3 years of automotive industry experience to ensure supplier parts conform to rigorous specifications. You'll collaborate with global suppliers, conduct quality audits, and implement corrective actions while leveraging quality tools like APQP and PPAP. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor supplier quality performance through systematic audits and inspections
- Implement corrective actions for non-conforming parts using 8D methodology
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve quality issues and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain quality documentation including PPAP submissions and control plans
- Support cross-functional teams in APQP and PPAP processes
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin and English-speaking suppliers
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in automotive supplier quality assurance
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of quality tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and 8D
- Familiarity with ISO/TS 16949 or IATF 16949 standards
- Experience with quality management systems (QMS) and audit techniques
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
