- Maintain and update supplier master data with precision across procurement systems
- Conduct periodic audits of supplier records to ensure data integrity and compliance
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, contracts, and payment terms
- Develop and implement data validation rules to minimize transactional errors
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on supplier onboarding and qualification processes
- Generate comprehensive reports on supplier performance metrics and transaction analytics

- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements in supplier documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supplier management or procurement operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data management tools
- Advanced knowledge of procurement cycles and accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience implementing process improvements in supply chain systems
- Certification in supply chain management (CSCP, CPSM) is advantageous
