- Develop and maintain inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare detailed reports on supply chain performance, forecasting, and budget variances
- Streamline logistics processes to enhance delivery efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare supply chain regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis or procurement within healthcare sector
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle) and data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
- Expertise in cost reduction strategies and inventory optimization techniques
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management capabilities
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) is highly desirable
