Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain analysis or procurement within manufacturing
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SAP, ERP systems)
- Strong understanding of global sourcing practices and pricing strategies
- Proven ability to interpret market trends and negotiate with suppliers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to operational details
- Experience working in multinational manufacturing environments preferred
