Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Analyze supply chain data to identify cost reduction opportunities and process improvements
- Manage inventory control systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders
- Implement and monitor compliance with supply chain policies and regulatory requirements
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and key metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain or procurement roles
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and metrics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and customs procedures
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements in supply chain operations
