Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to execution for outlet expansions
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze supply chain data and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Oversee inventory management and warehouse operations
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and objectives
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance and project status
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and project coordination
- Proven track record of successfully managing outlet expansion or operational projects
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and project management tools
- Knowledge of logistics principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
