In this role, you will be the backbone of our production ecosystem, ensuring that every link in our supply chain—from raw material procurement to final product delivery—is seamless, cost-effective, and timely.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to harmonize production schedules, manage inventory levels, and drive efficiencies that support our commitment to quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and logistics planning.
- Monitor and analyze production schedules to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
- Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular cycle counts to minimize discrepancies.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement cost-effective solutions to enhance production flow.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and distribution teams to optimize dispatch schedules.
- Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, lead times, and cost variances for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a supply chain or inventory control role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast requirements and solve complex scheduling issues.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
