We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Finance Business Partner to join our team in Perai, Penang. You will provide financial insights to leadership, manage vendor financing strategies, and play a key role in cash flow management. Tanggung Jawab
- Partner with supply chain and procurement teams to analyze working capital requirements and optimize inventory financing strategies.
- Manage and negotiate credit terms with suppliers to improve cash flow and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Prepare accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, including variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of Supply Chain Finance (SCF) programs, including factoring and reverse factoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor trade finance facilities and letters of credit to ensure compliance with banking covenants.
- Conduct financial modeling to assess the impact of supply chain initiatives on the P&L and balance sheet.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, FP&A, or Corporate Banking.
- Strong working knowledge of working capital management, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills are essential.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance teams.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel and engage with operational teams as required.
