As the Supply Chain Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end tender process, from strategic sourcing and vendor pre-qualification to complex contract negotiations and post-award performance management. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align supply chain strategies with our overarching project goals, ensuring risk mitigation and cost optimization at every stage. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the full-cycle tender process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement robust procurement strategies for major capital projects to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
- Manage end-to-end post-award contract administration, ensuring vendors adhere to scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to secure favorable terms and sustainable partnerships.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis and risk assessments to proactively address potential supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure all procurement activities meet safety, environmental, and regulatory standards required by PETROS.
- Mentor and guide junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or contract management within the construction, oil & gas, or energy sector.
- In-depth knowledge of tender documentation, contract law, and commercial negotiation techniques.
- Proven track record in managing high-value, complex capital projects from inception to completion.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.
- Professional certification (e.g., MCIPS, CSCP) is highly regarded.
