This critical role requires strategic oversight of end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring seamless coordination between procurement, inventory management, and transportation operations. You'll optimize logistics workflows to minimize costs while maximizing delivery efficiency, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance vendor relationships and inventory accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and distribution logistics
- Optimize transportation networks and negotiate contracts with freight forwarders and carriers
- Implement inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and develop improvement strategies
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade requirements
- Manage warehouse operations and implement lean manufacturing principles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP and supply chain software
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Experience with inventory optimization techniques and demand forecasting
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements
