Join Siam Cement Group's dynamic supply chain team as a Supply Chain Management Executive. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive supply chain documentation systems
- Prepare, verify, and process international shipping documents (B/L, COO, etc.)
- Ensure strict compliance with Indonesian import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of all supply chain transactions
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners
- Implement and audit compliance protocols for supply chain operations
- Optimize documentation workflows to reduce processing time
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting supply chain activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- 5+ years experience in supply chain documentation and compliance
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian import/export regulations and customs procedures
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
