We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Management Manager to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations at Gembira Houseware. As a key strategic leader, you will oversee the entire product lifecycle from demand forecasting and procurement to warehouse management and final delivery to customers and branches across Indonesia. This role requires a visionary professional who can optimize processes, reduce operational costs, and enhance service excellence in our competitive retail and consumer products environment.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust supply chain strategies, implement sustainable logistics solutions, and leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies encompassing demand planning, procurement, warehouse management, and distribution networks
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, reduce carrying costs, and improve order fulfillment rates
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor supply chain efficiency and service quality
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective sourcing and reliable delivery
- Oversee warehouse operations including storage, handling, and inventory control systems
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain resilience and sustainability
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies across all supply chain activities
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align supply chain operations with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and warehouse management systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Experience implementing ERP systems and supply chain software solutions
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and retail supply chain best practices
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
