As a Supply Chain Management Officer, you will bridge the gap between global procurement and hospital delivery, ensuring that essential medical supplies reach their destination efficiently and on time.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle from global sourcing to final hospital delivery.
- Coordinate closely with international suppliers and local distributors to ensure timely stock availability.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and optimize warehouse operations.
- Ensure strict compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Medical Affairs, to forecast demand accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian; ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as required for business operations.
