Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for raw materials and finished goods
- Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize carrying costs
- Coordinate logistics operations including warehousing, transportation, and distribution
- Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Prepare regular reports on KPIs including lead times, order accuracy, and inventory turnover
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain or logistics operations
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP/MRP systems
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management capabilities
- Knowledge of inventory optimization techniques and demand forecasting
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and supply chain software
