We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Management Supervisor to join our dynamic team at JAC Consulting Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex supply chains, with particular expertise in import procedures which are mandatory for this position.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to production facilities and ultimately to customers. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency across the entire supply chain. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor all import procedures, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies
- Oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to final delivery
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain operations and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient inventory management
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Lead and mentor supply chain team members to achieve operational excellence
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, distributors, and logistics partners
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards throughout the supply chain
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Proven expertise in managing import procedures and international logistics
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex supply chain data
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain management software and tools
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM, or equivalent) is preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
