Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution
- Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to reduce operational expenses
- Analyze supply chain data to identify inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain objectives and KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain management software (ERP, SAP)
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
- Certifications in Six Sigma, CSCP, or CPIM preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
