Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory management, and distribution logistics
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize carrying costs
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Lead branch operational efficiency projects to enhance productivity and reduce waste
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in inventory control, procurement processes, and distribution management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain software (ERP, WMS)
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with strong communication skills
