- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics
- Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Oversee inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste
- Coordinate logistics operations including transportation, distribution, and warehousing activities
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement continuous improvement measures

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations in manufacturing environments
- Expertise in procurement processes, inventory management, and logistics coordination
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and drive data-driven decisions
- Experience implementing ERP systems and supply chain management software
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; familiarity with Indonesian market regulations
