Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in procurement, logistics, and inventory management
- Implement cost reduction initiatives through process optimization and supplier negotiations
- Oversee warehouse operations, transportation networks, and distribution channels
- Monitor KPIs including OTIF rates, inventory turnover, and logistics costs
- Drive continuous improvement through lean methodologies and digital transformation
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive supply chain management experience
- Proven expertise in procurement, inventory control, and distribution management
- Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP/SAP systems
- CSCP, CPIM, or similar supply chain certification preferred
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional team management abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy industry environment
