We are looking for a results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join the dynamic team at Erela. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire supply chain lifecycle—from planning and procurement to warehousing and inventory control. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring that our products are delivered to the right place at the right time.
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will lead initiatives to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels. You will work closely with various departments to forecast demand accurately and manage supplier relationships effectively. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement coordination, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehousing processes and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and supply availability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead times, order accuracy, and inventory turnover rates.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Oversee the implementation of supply chain management systems and software to improve data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding safety and quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, procurement, and inventory control methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (spoken and written).
