Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily supply chain operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on operational metrics, project status, and division activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and implement solutions
- Plan and organize division activities, including meetings, training sessions, and special projects
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance supply chain operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain operations or logistics coordination
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
