Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to customers.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to oversee inventory levels and stock replenishment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for order status inquiries, resolving issues or discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare and maintain accurate shipping documentation, invoices, and logistics reports.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align supply chain activities with production schedules.
- Maintain database accuracy within the ERP/Order Management System (OMS).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Knowledge of automation tools or lean manufacturing principles is an added advantage.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
