In this critical role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end planning process for New Product Introductions (NPI) and manage the complex dynamics of Product Life Cycle Management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the end-to-end supply chain planning process for New Product Introductions (NPI) and product transitions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Marketing, and Operations, to align supply strategies with business objectives.
- Analyze historical data, market trends, and sales forecasts to develop accurate demand plans for new and existing products.
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and stock turnover rates to ensure optimal stock availability during the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and vendors to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
- Continuous improvement of planning processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, with a specific focus on NPI (New Product Introduction) processes.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is highly preferred.
