Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize material costs and quality standards
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to negotiate favorable terms and contracts
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics between production, warehouse, and distribution teams
- Monitor KPIs such as lead times, inventory turnover, and cost savings metrics
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procurement policies
- Identify process improvement opportunities through data-driven supply chain analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing supply chain or purchasing roles
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement software
- Strong analytical skills with experience in inventory management and cost optimization
- Certifications in supply chain management (CSCP, CPSM) preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Proven negotiation skills with vendor management experience
