Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead purchasing operations to ensure timely procurement of raw materials and services
- Optimize warehouse management systems for inventory control and space utilization
- Coordinate distribution networks to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and supply chain processes
- Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts for optimal terms
- Analyze KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in procurement, inventory management, and distribution systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP and supply chain software
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Proven track record of cost reduction and process optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
